At Launceston Chamber of Commerce we are always happy to welcome new members.

Membership is open to any business trading in Launceston or surrounding villages and as the Chamber now partly funds the Tourist Information Centre, your membership will include both organisations.

Membership Fees / Benefits

Current membership for small businesses is just £50.00* per annum if paid by Standing Order (£55 if paid by other means), with members being entitled to vote at our monthly meetings and benefit from any trade discounts negotiated by the committee with other local businesses.

*NOTE: The rates shown above apply to small independent businesses with single offices/outlets only. For details of our rates for larger businesses or those with multiple outlets, please do not download the form - contact us.
To help spread the cost of membership, we now offer a quarterly payment option if paying by standing order.

For a one off fee of just £10, Members can benefit from inclusion on our business register (searchable from our home page), which includes:

1. Business Name
2. Business Address
3. Telephone Number
4. e-mail Link
5. Web Site Link
6. Unlimited length searchable description of your business
7. Photograph of your business and/or price list or menu.
8. Location map link which shows your location on a street level map, based on your postcode.

Changes to this listing information is a free of charge service, subject to a maximum of 3 changes per year.

Your listing will also be included on the Tourist Information website (www.visitlaunceston.co.uk)

In addition, members are offered the chance to have their business advertised on our home page so they are the first to be seen by visitors. Or a business may help sponsor the running of the site and in return have a larger advertisement placed on the home page.

Launceston Chamber of Commerce currently operate with a budget of around £15,000 per year. Join us today and have your say in how these funds are spent to the benefit of the town and the business community.

To apply for membership (small single outlet businesses only), please click the link provided below to download a membership application form, then send it to us by post or by hand to the address shown on the form.
Larger businesses, or those with more than one premises, please complete and submit the online enquiry form below, we will send you out a membership application form by post. You will be able to select which option you require on the form, and provide us with all the information we need to generate your directory listing.
